Having yet another dose of sort-of-flu and now on antibiotics has some benefits. I have been able, because I am going practically nowhere, and with LSH away (so no one to distract me except the three ‘mouse’keteers, Missy, Pip and Squeak), to resume work on “the Big drawing”. Honestly, I wish I never started it!

At first it seemed like quite a straight forward image of trees, a good way to start drawing again on this scale, but the more I look at it, the more complicated it becomes. I have come out of the studio to write this as I am almost dizzy, getting lost in the jumble of branches. See the work-in-progress photo.

I’ll put up a proper finished work shot when I have done just that: finished the work!
